Two things- There are some good things in this video for both sparring and self defense. However, I must ask- why is the other guy banging sun glasses? Not appropriate on any level. I wear my sunglasses at Night!

It’s awesome- it’s in Russian, but through the CC button you can get English subtitles, that may or may not be accurate. Even if you watch without subtitles, visually it remains compelling and educational.
