I no longer follow UFC but I do still have respect for this guy. Absolute class.
We have summer camps and each day is 7 hours long. We have one session in the morning and one in the afternoon. Both last from 30-45 minutes. Here is a clip from todays morning session.
First of all you have an epic “Rocky” speech. Secondly, you have a great song throughout the video. Third, a lot of excellent light sparring amongst and impressive group.
