I like the drill. I just don’t like the way this nationally ranked point fighter does it- sloppy, watered down, tag. This is why Karate and traditional point fighting has zero respect amongst competitive fighting organizations and martial artists. Since when do we lead an attack with our head and or chest leaning past our hips. If you want to see a great point fighter then google George Kotaka.
