Both fighters utilize good power. My only concern is the immediate turning away from the opponent when you fill you have scored. In other words, don’t stop until the judge tells you to stop.

This video is not in English. The main talking point is that during kumite if you keep your shoulders and arms tense it creates tension all the way down to your footwork. So, tension is bad as it strips your speed. Relaxation is the key to attacking, defending, and maintaining stamina.
