Shisochin Goju-Ryu Karate-do Kata. These two teens, one a purple belt, and one a junior black belt, perform said kata. We still have a great deal of work to do, but both are doing just fine with Shisochin, given that it is relatively new to them.
Traditional Goju-ryu at its finest!!!
