Sparring and kata. I’ve always found team kata a strange endeavor. I respect the skill and timing, but I prefer individual kata.
It’s only ten minutes and its hard very hard. Fitness and martial arts go hand in hand. Enjoy the challenge.
This a traditional school knife defense. I like it for a predictable classroom training drill, but by thoughts are if you miss the hand in a real life attack you will find yourself needing to answer some questions. 360 defense with immediate counter shot to face is more realistic if you ask me.
If you are language sensitive do not watch.
Parts of it I like- other parts- meh. Shoulder shrug. Spinning the bo staff more than four times is wasteful. I’d rather see less spins and more defensive and offensive techniques.
