self defense and fitness

Tonight JGMA offers a blended Krav and traditional class entitled, “combat conditioning”. It’s a class which consists of a variety of  fitness conditioning drills, combination strikes, which include punches, kicks, knees, elbows, and agility drills. Basically, we work on putting combos together- ie hands and feet, ect. We blend long range strikes (kicks) with medium range strikes (punches) and close range strikes (elbows and knees). Enjoy!
